Infrastructure Architect (Italian Speaker) (Mobile and IoT Device Management): Designing and delivering complete infrastructure for MDM solutions, including SOTI One product implementations, with an accent on Linux and Windows server administration, networking, databases, and cloud services. Focus on leading technical project teams, integrating custom solutions, managing risks, and transitioning deployments to operations.
Location: Galway, Ireland; hybrid work with 3 days in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and work from home on Tuesday and Thursday

What you will do
- Define project requirements, scope, delivery processes, and schedules with business and technology teams.
- Plan, design, and deliver complete MDM infrastructure solutions.
- Lead analysis of business needs, solution proposals, and One product implementations.
- Provide technical consulting and support smooth transitions to operations teams.
- Work with product teams to develop custom solutions and deliver Professional Services offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Italian-speaking capability required for the role.
- At least 3 years of project management experience and previous technical consulting experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, administering, and monitoring Linux and Windows servers.
- Knowledge of infrastructure services, server hardware, networking, databases, client-server systems, and web or application servers.
- Experience with system automation, security, risk evaluation, mobility management, and deployment.
Nice to have
- CPM, MPM, PPM, or PMP certification.
- CPTC or similar technical writing certification.
- CRM, CRISK, or ITIL Expert certification.
- Experience deploying or integrating MDM solutions.
- CCNA, CCIA, or WCNA certification.
