Senior IT Project Manager (Pharma)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in a quality laboratory environment, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Define project scope with cross-functional teams and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams, promote continuous improvement, and drive adoption of IT project management best practices.
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendors supporting IT quality laboratory projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on quality assurance.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, quality assurance processes, IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and document management systems (DMS).
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance, with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
