What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend tools, automation scripts, microservices, and pipelines for AI and data-driven applications.
• Build scalable backend architectures and distributed systems supporting intensive AI/ML workloads.
• Implement relational and NoSQL database strategies, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational scripting.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams on security, compliance, and engineering best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex backend, database, and pipeline issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong Python programming skills with complementary experience in JavaScript, C, and C++.
• Professional experience developing AI/ML applications, backend tooling, and automation pipelines.
• High proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, backend integration, CI/CD, version control, and scripting.
• Deep understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience leading engineering teams or guiding technical roadmaps for data-intensive platforms.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
