Senior Data Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Partner with Finance teams to translate business processes, rules, and requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Develop SQL queries, analyses, notebooks, dashboards, and automations for Finance decision-making.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, validation routines, and traceability controls.
• Support financial close, reconciliations, controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Investigate data inconsistencies, identify root causes, and improve data reliability and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Product, Data, Risk, and Audit teams while driving deliveries end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, transformation, and validation.
• Knowledge of Python or another programming language for analytical solutions and process automation.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, data processing, notebooks, dashboards, or BI tools.
• Ability to translate financial and operational requirements into technical logic and data solutions.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, security, and traceability principles.
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English and strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Controllership, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, or Regulatory Reporting.
• Knowledge of IFRS, financial close processes, regulatory reporting, ERP systems, general ledgers, or subledgers.
• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, cloud platforms, APIs, data lakes, automated testing, CI/CD, or pipeline monitoring.
• Experience in regulated and audit-driven environments.
