Senior Analytics & Intelligence Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own analytical products end to end, including their scope, evolution, quality, and long-term sustainability.
• Develop and evolve the financial Single Source of Truth and Corporate semantic layer using dbt on GCP and BigQuery.
• Create facts, dimensions, marts, automations, data apps, interactive dashboards, and AI-powered analytical experiences.
• Support Finance during the monthly financial closing process by ensuring reliable and consistent financial data.
• Enable self-service analytics through reusable tools, best practices, semantic structures, and governance standards.
• Promote documentation, metadata, lineage, data quality, access control, and technical knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on experience with SQL and dbt, including dimensional modeling, incremental processing, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with GCP, particularly BigQuery and Cloud Storage, and understanding of data warehouse and lakehouse concepts.
• Ability to use Python or another programming language together with Git, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and the ability to critically validate generated outputs.
• Knowledge of metadata management, data quality, lineage, documentation, and access control.
• Comfortable using English in daily documentation, meetings, and communication with global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial data such as gross profit, P&L, budgeting, treasury, FX, or reconciliation.
• Experience building data apps, working with semantic layers or MCP, or using specification-driven development.
• Experience treating analytics solutions as products and evolving them based on user needs, impact, quality, and scalability.
