Registered Nurse Internal Agency Intermediate Units Full-time Nights

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois; assignments may span all hirify.global hospital locations

Salary: USD 39–62.40 per hour

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients, identify expected outcomes, and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing interventions and patient progress.
• Direct care delivery and determine the appropriate utilization of nursing assistants.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff while documenting care and communication.
• Participate in shared decision-making, committee work, and unit projects.
• Apply research findings and other available evidence to guide clinical practice.

Requirements

• At least two years of inpatient med/surg, stepdown, or ICU experience.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Associate Degree in Nursing, with a commitment to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Ability to work night shifts and accept assignments across hirify.global hospitals; assignments generally last six weeks to six months at one location.

Nice to have

• Previous float or coverage experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or expectation to obtain a BSN after two years of employment.
