Registered Nurse - Clinical Informatics Specialist (Full Time)

Location: Lahey Clinic; hybrid schedule with on-site and remote shifts. This is not a fully remote position.

Annual base salary: $79,268.80–$204,318.40 USD

What you will do

• Support clinicians, managers, leaders, and staff with clinical applications and workflow improvements.
• Gather stakeholder input, analyze clinical workflows, and recommend system solutions that improve quality, safety, efficiency, and data collection.
• Serve as a clinical liaison for system development, upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot clinical application issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with IT teams.
• Develop documentation, communications, training materials, and educational programs for clinical and non-clinical users.
• Lead or participate in multidisciplinary projects using project management and Lean Six Sigma practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• At least two years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience with Epic EHR and IT experience or advanced IT training.
• Knowledge of clinical informatics and the ability to translate clinical needs into system application solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus demonstrated project management skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Informatics or a related field.
• Informatics certification or Epic certification.
