Quality Assurance Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Jacksonville, Florida, United States; not eligible for hybrid or remote work. The role requires first-shift availability and compliance with ITAR; candidates must be a U.S. Person.

What you will do

• Perform visual, electronic, electrical, and mechanical inspections and testing of parts and products.
• Monitor production operations to verify function, operation, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Audit policies, processes, records, and documentation for ISO, governmental, and divisional compliance.
• Implement approved changes to methods, sampling techniques, control procedures, and processes.
• Prepare error and salvage reports and recommend measures to reduce defects.
• Coordinate quality programs with operations, engineering, HR, accounting, and sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Ability to perform internal audits.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or individual granted asylum.
• Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida, on the first shift.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, move around the facility, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and comply with OSHA standards.
