What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial deposit servicing and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Open and maintain accounts, process service requests, and handle stop payments, fee waivers, wires, transfers, and restricted accounts.
• Authenticate users, monitor suspicious activity, support fraud recovery, and escalate risk issues for timely resolution.
• Lead BSA, AML, and KYC processes, validate entity documentation, maintain customer records, and resolve documentation issues.
• Support Treasury Management product onboarding, client adoption, system outages, report reconciliation, and data integrity.
• Analyze complaints, capture client feedback, resolve complex issues, and support internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience in financial services, banking, customer service, or a similar area; alternatively, 5 years of combined higher education and work experience including 3 years of related experience.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete work accurately and on time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while interacting professionally with clients, management, and peers.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, initiative, and self-motivation.
