Lead D365 Business Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: US - AZ - Camelback Office; travel up to 20% to digital hubs and dealer locations.

Salary: $128,470.00–$208,770.00 annually.

What you will do

• Lead discovery with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders to define objectives, scope, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for supply chain capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related digital products.
• Facilitate workshops and create process maps, business rules, functional specifications, user stories, data definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Define reporting, analytics, KPIs, master data, and data quality rules across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment.
• Partner with delivery teams on solution validation, UAT, backlog refinement, release readiness, issue prioritization, and traceability.
• Support dealer change management, training, product documentation, support materials, and adoption.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or a comparable ERP/SCM platform.
• Experience with ERP or complex supply chain transformation, product ownership, business analysis, or supply chain process leadership.
• Knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into process maps, functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Experience with integrations, supply chain data, KPIs, dashboards, UAT, Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement, and releases.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with global dealer networks, manufacturing, industrial supply chains, or the rental industry.
• Experience with Power BI or Dynamics 365 reporting tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
