Senior Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance resources, schedules, contractors, spare parts, and technical support.
• Investigate major equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Lead plant shutdown planning, CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, and reliability improvements.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventories, documentation, and team performance.
• Work with Operations, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing, foundry, heavy industry, or industrial plant environments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, condition monitoring, and reliability improvement.
• Experience leading maintenance teams, managing contractors, and coordinating shutdowns or major maintenance activities.
• Experience with root cause analysis, equipment troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and CMMS/EAM systems.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety, environmental compliance, risk management, communication, and stakeholder management.
