Visual Content Producer (Videographer / Photographer) (Real Estate)

Location: Miami, FL, United States; workplace: on-site. Reliable transportation is required for shoots across Miami, with occasional evening and weekend work for events and productions.

What you will do

• Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, websites, paid advertising, email, leasing, property marketing, print, signage, presentations, events, and brand campaigns.
• Operate drones to capture aerial content of properties, neighborhoods, and the Miami skyline.
• Produce short-form Reels, TikTok videos, and Stories alongside property tours, brand films, and resident or community features.
• Capture interiors, exteriors, amenities, lifestyle moments, events, and team content.
• Develop concepts, shot lists, and storyboards with marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Manage pre-production, filming, editing, color, sound, motion graphics, final delivery, equipment, and the visual asset library.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in videography, photography, and/or content creation.
• Active FAA Part 107 drone license and hands-on experience with drone photography and video.
• Portfolio demonstrating video, photography, aerial work, and short-form social content.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, audio equipment, and drone safety, airspace regulations, and flight planning.
• Comfort working on-site in Miami, managing multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to recommend camera, lighting, audio, drone, and editing equipment needs.
