What you will do

• Develop, script, shoot, and edit commercial advertisements and promotional content from concept to completion.
• Create compelling, on-brand video and digital content in collaboration with creative teams and project stakeholders.
• Direct on-camera talent and coordinate clients, account executives, agencies, locations, music, voice-over, equipment, and other production requirements.
• Apply graphic design, animation, cinematography, lighting, sound acquisition, and non-linear editing skills across short- and long-form productions.
• Interpret client business needs, prepare design briefs, manage assets and information exchange, and maintain strong client service.
• Manage video equipment and software needs while handling multiple projects, changing priorities, deadlines, and production schedules.

Requirements

• Five years of commercial and/or promotional production experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of post-production, media management, video encoding, cameras and DSLRs, videography, lighting, sound acquisition, editing, graphic design, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud production tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Media Encoder.
• Strong organization, punctuality, communication, independent work, teamwork, and client service skills.
• Commercial production or promotional reel required; valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays; some travel may be required.
