SME AI/ML Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Provide embedded operations support, capability integration, and rapid prototyping for AI/ML-enabled tools.
• Design and integrate LLM and agent orchestration workflows using LangGraph, Agno, and the NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit.
• Tune model gateway routing across frontier and open-weight models for cost, performance, and mission fit.
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector databases, memory services, and MCP-based integrations with enterprise tools and data.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and tune models and agent behaviors using automated evaluation and observability pipelines.
• Implement governance guardrails, safety filters, policy enforcement, approval gates, and reusable architecture documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting mission environments and translating research or prototypes into production capabilities.
• Experience with LangGraph, Agno, the NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Experience with NVIDIA NIM, vLLM, Ollama, LiteLLM, or comparable model inference and serving platforms.
• Experience with MCP or similar tool-broker integration standards, AI evaluation, benchmarking, and observability.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required before starting.
