What you will do
- Lead the enterprise analytics support function covering the data and analytics platform, BI and visualization tools, data preparation, and reporting automation.
- Shape the analytics platform roadmap by prioritizing enhancements, upgrades, new capabilities, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert for architecture, design patterns, platform usage, integrations, and analytics best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized, secure, and maintainable analytics solutions.
- Manage request intake, triage, project dependencies, delivery priorities, and support for large multi-phase projects and ad hoc analysis.
- Mentor D&A Business Analysts and collaborate with enterprise architecture, data engineering, security, governance, and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience leading information systems, advanced analytics enablement, business intelligence, data engineering, data architecture, or related work.
- At least 8 years of experience supporting or managing enterprise analytics platforms and BI tools such as Azure, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Experience leading or managing analytics professionals and working with enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Nice to have
- MBA, master's degree, or PhD in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with PJM operations, markets, planning functions, or PJM committees.
