Technical Product Manager (Fund Services)

What you will do

• Identify market, client, and stakeholder needs and shape product opportunities, use cases, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Evaluate legal, regulatory, commercial, technical, and operational considerations for new fund-services products.
• Design scalable product solutions using functional sketches, process flows, prototypes, existing capabilities, and reusable microservices.
• Partner with Systems, Technology, Change Management, Operations, and Agile/Scrum teams to assess feasibility, estimate costs, govern delivery, and act as Product Owner when required.
• Define adoption targets, demonstrate capabilities, support sales and client rollouts, and incorporate feedback into ongoing product development.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business operations, analytical problem-solving, product development, and commercial ROI assessment.
• Technical understanding with the ability to influence technology initiatives and address data-related challenges.
• Understanding of Agile development, Scrum, project delivery, and product roadmap management.
• Ability to create clear visual representations using PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, influencing, ownership, and collaboration skills across business, product, technology, operations, and change functions.
• Comfort engaging directly with clients, prospects, and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with financial services or fund-services products.
