Technical Architect AMTS (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico, with at least 33% travel to domestic and international events

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end keynote demo environments across Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
• Architect multi-product demo flows and configure Salesforce demo orgs, Slack workspaces, data models, personas, and integrations.
• Develop custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative automation, scripts, and browser extensions.
• Own technical readiness for rehearsals, code freezes, environment locks, live show support, and multi-device presentations.
• Create setup guides, clickpath documentation, driving guides, and speaker coaching materials.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design, engineering, production, AV, localization, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern front-end technologies, APIs, integrations, data modeling, and environment management.
• Ability to work under extreme time pressure and support high-stakes live event delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 33% and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience building live product demonstrations for large audiences.
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, Agentforce, AI agents, Slack, Tableau, Data Cloud, or hirify.global.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools, Git, GitHub, CI/CD, mobile device management, or demo production environments.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Background in storytelling, presentation design, media, advertising, or event production.
