Technical Architect - Keynote Demos MTS

Location: Mexico City, Mexico, with travel to domestic and international events at least 33% of the time.

Build and present demonstrations across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and hirify.global.

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end demo environments across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
• Develop custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative automation, and front-end web technologies.
• Create and manage Salesforce demo orgs, Slack workspaces, data models, user personas, integrations, and reusable proof patterns.
• Own technical readiness for keynotes through rehearsals, code freezes, environment locks, deployment coordination, and live show support.
• Prepare setup guides, clickpath documentation, speaker driving guides, and technical coaching for rehearsals.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design, engineering, production, localization, and executive stakeholders on demo architecture and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern front-end frameworks, APIs, integrations, data modeling, and environment management.
• Ability to work under extreme time pressure, manage high-stakes deadlines, and support live event delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for translating product stories into technical solutions with non-technical partners.
• Willingness to travel at least 33% and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends during event preparation.

Nice to have

• Experience building live product demonstrations for conferences, keynotes, executive briefings, or webinars.
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, Agentforce, AI agents, Slack, Tableau, Data Cloud, or hirify.global.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools, browser extensions, mobile device management, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Background in storytelling, presentation design, demo scripting, or creative and production environments.
