B2C Product Manager (AI)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

What you will do

• Own the B2C product strategy, vision, roadmap, risk management, and execution in partnership with leadership.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact consumer product features across discovery, definition, design, development, and deployment.
• Work with data scientists, big data engineers, full-stack developers, product designers, product marketers, and business stakeholders.
• Research customers, user needs, market conditions, and competitors through interviews and continuous discovery.
• Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect feedback, and iterate on features to achieve product goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in a high-growth technology company.
• 2+ years of experience managing consumer-facing mobile or web products.
• Strong analytical and business judgment, product sense, communication skills, and experience shaping multi-quarter strategy.
• Hands-on daily use of AI and AI-based tools beyond general-purpose chatbots, including coding, agentic, research, or analytics tools.
• Ability to make decisions under ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain a bias toward action.
