Product Owner - APIs and Integrations (Fintech)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; assigned workspace in the Prague office

Salary: 63,000–90,000 CZK gross per month

What you will do

• Own and prioritise the backlog for web portal capabilities, APIs, and integrations.
• Translate customer, commercial, and technical needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver portal experiences that help fleet customers manage operations, access information, and use relevant services.
• Drive API adoption by improving integration experiences, onboarding, documentation, testing environments, support, and release communications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design, QA, Data, commercial teams, customer-facing colleagues, partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Measure portal engagement, API usage, integration reliability, customer feedback, and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar digital-delivery role.
• Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment and contributing to or owning a prioritised backlog.
• Experience with web portals, customer-facing digital products, APIs, integrations, or technical B2B/SaaS products.
• Confidence working with APIs, authentication, data exchange, integration dependencies, and technical documentation.
• Strong customer focus, clear communication skills, and the ability to work across technical, commercial, partner, and customer-facing groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fleet, payments, mobility, or connected digital services.
• Coding experience.
