Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Singapore; on-site. Candidates must be genuinely based in Singapore. Relocation support is available for the right person.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain 0-to-1 web applications for AI-powered solutions.
• Build scalable backend services, databases, and RESTful APIs for web and cloud applications.
• Architect end-to-end systems optimized for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in the full agile development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
• Ensure responsive user experiences and maintain unit and integration tests using TDD practices.
• Debug issues, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience with agentic technologies such as Codex, Claude, or Copilot.
• Experience building web applications and designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Java and Spring or a similar framework.
• Knowledge of Agile practices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and optimization.
