IT Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle workflows for joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Integrate HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS systems using REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM, and n8n.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and SAML integrations, while maintaining clean and auditable access governance.
• Develop security automations supporting least-privilege access, local administrator removal, DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 initiatives.
• Manage Jira Service Management, Atlassian tools, endpoint policies, zero-touch deployment, and device configuration across Windows and macOS.
• Lead smaller technical integration projects and document automation flows, configurations, API maps, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments, IAM, SSO, SCIM, and SAML; JumpCloud or a comparable identity provider is required.
• Strong MDM/UEM experience with JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf, including endpoint profiles and deployment scripts.
• Practical scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar, plus experience integrating systems through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and ITSM platforms, ideally Jira Service Management.
• Clear communication in English is required. Advanced use of AI tools for troubleshooting and automation is expected.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2, SaaS governance, or management tooling.
• Experience with HiBob, Tequipy, or similar HRIS and hardware lifecycle systems.
• Experience in high-growth infrastructure environments.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or JumpCloud Core Certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
