Location: Nuneaton or London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office and occasional travel to other H&B locations and outside the UK

What you will do

• Shape the investor narrative by connecting financial performance, business strategy and long-term value creation.
• Work with FP&A and Finance teams to translate performance, outlook, risks and opportunities into consistent external communications.
• Prepare presentations, updates, analysis and briefing materials for shareholders, banks, lenders and senior leaders.
• Support the CFO and Director of FP&A & Investor Relations ahead of shareholder and lender meetings, including anticipated questions and key messages.
• Analyse peers, competitors, market trends and shareholder themes to provide outside-in insight for senior Finance leaders.
• Support Board reporting, investor engagement and governance of confidential external financial communications.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of Investor Relations experience in a large, complex corporate organisation.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, business performance and value creation.
• Experience producing investor presentations, financial communications and briefing materials for sophisticated financial audiences.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and strategic information clearly.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential, commercially sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, together with degree-level education or equivalent experience.
