Regional Preconstruction Business Leader (Energy Services)

Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday; Friday work location is flexible.

Annual base salary: $122,700–$220,955. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Lead the regional preconstruction business across growth, profitability, forecasting, workforce planning, utilization, and overall performance.
• Shape regional strategy, investment priorities, and portfolio direction across Energy Services opportunities.
• Oversee complex and high-value customer pursuits, including Performance Contracting, Comprehensive Solutions, Design-Build, Turnkey, resilience solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and enterprise functions to improve opportunity quality, execution readiness, and customer outcomes.
• Drive operating rhythms, performance management, forecasting rigor, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Build a high-performing regional organization through leadership development, succession planning, and effective change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in energy services, preconstruction, project development, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams and delivering strategic business results in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Deep knowledge of Energy Services solutions, preconstruction practices, and financial and technical solution development.
• Significant experience with Design-Build and ESPC delivery models.
• Strong financial, commercial, communication, and executive leadership skills, including forecasting, portfolio prioritization, business case evaluation, and Operating Income management.
