Technical Scrum Master & DevOps Practitioner

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, including Sprint and PI planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach cross-functional teams to self-organize, prioritize work, improve delivery, and reduce waste using Jira and Confluence.
• Remove impediments, track ART initiatives, and align Product Owners, development teams, Test Management, and stakeholders.
• Develop automation scripts and manage application configuration, packaging, deployments, and runtime environments.
• Onboard applications to observability, testing, and CI/CD platforms while driving standardization and engineering culture.
• Contribute to the future Software Solutions strategy and support risk management and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAFe certification, such as SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner.
• Experience with Linux administration, Unix/Linux commands, Bash, Python, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab, Octopus, Maven, Kubernetes, and Azure.
• Understanding of trading flows, market data, trading platforms, and risk management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST, GraphQL, or WebSocket APIs.
• Experience configuring Kafka or WebSphere MQ.
• Knowledge of Grafana, Elasticsearch, OpenTelemetry, Java, and Azure cloud technologies.
