Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM Platform)

What you will do

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules for platform stability and scalability.
• Implement Incident Management, Problem Management, and additional ServiceNow applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain upgrade-friendly configurations aligned with ServiceNow standards.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and end users on feature rollouts, support, governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and hands-on platform customization, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with platform governance, upgrade management, and documentation best practices.
• Fluent English required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CMDB.
• ServiceNow or ITIL certifications.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
