Senior Manager - Governance, Partner & Contract Management - Ops (Telecoms)

Location: Newbury, United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance expected 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and manage the team responsible for contract governance, hirify.global Services Agreement management, and network operations partner management.
• Own the contract governance framework, including obligation tracking, change control, renewals, risk management, reporting, and audit readiness.
• Manage the hirify.global Services Agreement relationship between hirify.global Group and Networks in hirify.globalThree.
• Establish governance forums, business reviews, escalation routes, and the Network operations L2 business interface.
• Provide leadership insight into governance health, partner performance, commercial issues, risks, and improvement actions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, delivery teams, and business owners to improve contract lifecycle management and governance methods.

Requirements

• Strong experience in contract governance, contract lifecycle management, partner management, supplier relationship management, or commercial governance in a complex operational environment.
• Proven people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and prioritising teams responsible for governance, commercial control, or operational delivery.
• Good understanding of telecommunications networks and operations, including supplier agreements, network performance, service delivery, and business outcomes.
• Strong commercial knowledge covering obligations, governance controls, performance regimes, service expectations, change control, risk management, and value realisation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Operations, Networks L2, hirify.global Group, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and delivery teams.
• Experience interpreting contract data, management information, risk registers, and governance outputs in a matrixed organisation.
