Project Manager (Clinical Trial Technology)

Location: Remote - Romania; travel to client sites is required for meetings and user training sessions.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams delivering Interactive Response Technology for clinical trial randomization and drug supply management.
• Manage project timelines, scope, schedules, resources, tasks, and delivery through client user acceptance testing.
• Lead client kick-off meetings and facilitate internal and external meetings, agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-up.
• Manage client expectations, assess project risks, escalate issues, and maintain client satisfaction throughout project delivery and maintenance.
• Support product and services teams with feature design and process improvements based on client requests and project experience.
• Delegate and oversee tasks for associate project managers and conduct client-site training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and consultative skills.
• Understanding of clinical trial industry requirements, regulations, software products, and project-specific system impacts.
