Location: Seoul, Republic of Korea; home-based work is available with access to the Jamsil office.

What you will do
- Support integrated study management planning and deliver assigned portions of clinical studies according to contractual requirements, SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
- Lead project sub-team activities, set objectives, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and support milestone achievement.
- Monitor study progress, communicate project information to internal and external stakeholders, and identify risks, issues, contingencies, and corrective actions.
- Manage scope changes, lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities to accelerate study activities and revenue.
- Serve as a project contact for customers and, when assigned, lead third-party vendor management activities.
- Support the project leader with operational delivery, customer satisfaction, and project financial success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- More than one year of experience in clinical leadership, clinical trial management, or project management is preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Good command of English is required.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus an understanding of project financials.
