eCommerce Business Manager - Product Purchase - 12 Month FTC (eCommerce)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire

Salary: £50,000–£70,000

What you will do

• Lead the rollout of a new eCommerce product and trading system across eCommerce and buying teams.
• Define and prioritize development requirements based on commercial value and business impact.
• Drive stakeholder communication, user adoption, feedback collection, and training programs.
• Provide updates to senior leadership and prioritize bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Improve product conversion rates through optimized product data, site merchandising, and website discoverability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an eCommerce leadership role.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of identifying growth opportunities through product data and discoverability.
• Strong understanding of product page and product data optimization for conversion.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders, with exceptional verbal communication skills.
