Environmental & Sustainability Senior Advisor (Sustainable Mobility)

What you will do

• Support and develop the Environmental Management System in alignment with ISO 14001 standards.
• Lead preparations for the ISO 14001:2026 transition and maintain environmental policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Manage the Environmental Legal Register and monitor environmental, energy, and EV legislation across the UK and Europe.
• Coordinate carbon footprint data and become a key user of the Watershed carbon accounting platform.
• Support sustainability reporting requirements, including CSRD, SECR, ESOS, and related frameworks.
• Track legislation affecting mobility, automotive, energy, EV charging, and low-carbon solutions.

Requirements

• Around 4–5 years of experience in environmental or sustainability-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience gathering and analysing environmental or carbon-related data.
• Interest in sustainability reporting and evolving ESG requirements.
• Proactive ownership, confidence driving improvement, and curiosity about AI and digital sustainability tools.
