What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives that unlock growth opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Develop and execute merchant propositions across key customer segments.
• Oversee cross-functional projects with product and commercial implications, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Shape M&A strategy by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities, enter new markets, and create long-term value.
• Assess markets, emerging trends, client needs, products, partnerships, and business models.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations and influence senior stakeholders across product, technology, finance, sales, and external partners.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or a strategy-focused role within a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for C-suite leaders and boards.
• Deep interest in payments, financial technology, software, commerce, and emerging technology trends.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and coach junior team members.
