Senior Product Manager (AI Innovation)

Base salary: $162,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Set and champion the vision and strategy for an AI Innovation area connected to business objectives.
• Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify use cases, needs, and business outcomes.
• Build with LLMs, agents, and AI tools, using AI and traditional research methods to scale signal collection.
• Define hypotheses and success metrics, run experiments and pilots, and decide what should scale.
• Partner with engineering and design counterparts to deliver products from concept to shipped value.
• Align Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Solutions Advisory, Support, R&D, and senior leadership around product progress and adoption.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience or equivalent experience owning outcomes in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated product judgment, including strategy, prioritization, trade-offs, and decision-making with senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience building AI products with LLMs, agents, and AI tools.
• Experience defining hypotheses and success metrics, running pilots, and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading discovery with technical audiences and turning ambiguous feedback into clear plans.
• Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, resilience, and bias to action.
