Assoc Eng Process Engineering (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore; onsite role with 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Support production operations and maintain process integrity for manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with process qualification and fine-tuning for production.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize lot hold times.
• Monitor and improve qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Coordinate with specialists to ensure efficient work and strict SOP compliance.
• Support process improvement, quality improvement, internal audit, housekeeping, and production safety activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• One year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in Singapore.
• Good team player.
