Process Support Engineer (Metrology)

Location: Singapore, North, based at a customer's site and working in the cleanroom daily. Travel required up to 25% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Provide on-site customer support through installations, system diagnoses, equipment servicing, and repairs.
• Support the development and qualification of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments, analyze process data statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues, perform root cause analyses, and resolve customer product problems.
• Collaborate with customers, R&D, and internal stakeholders to improve process performance, tool uptime, and yield.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in the semiconductor fabrication or equipment industry, preferably in metrology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for explaining technical information and building consensus.
• Ability to work at the customer’s site and in a cleanroom daily in Singapore.
