Senior Planner (Construction Life Sciences)

Location: On-site in Boxmeer or Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full scope, milestones, timelines, and critical path.
• Define project ownership and responsibilities using Work Breakdown Structure methodology.
• Align schedules with execution plans, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Establish schedule baselines, manage periodic updates, and maintain integrated project schedules at multiple levels of detail.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with key partners and provide regular progress updates.
• Review external schedules for compliance with scheduling best practices.

Requirements

• Experience developing planning and scheduling skills in construction or project management.
• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience, including interpreting and communicating findings.
• Working experience with Primavera P6 planning software.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
