Senior Data Engineer / Analyst (AI)

Location: Mayfair, London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in the office

Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum

hirify.global is recruiting for a global luxury hospitality organisation with a worldwide portfolio of independent hotels.

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing data pipelines.
• Design and implement scalable pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
• Improve data quality, consistency, reliability, and pipeline performance.
• Work with large and complex reservation, hotel inspection, and operational datasets.
• Develop Tableau reports and translate business requirements into data and analytical solutions.
• Support the data and AI strategy, data architecture decisions, and end-to-end delivery of data projects.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a combination of both.
• Strong commercial experience with Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.
• Strong SQL, SQL Server, data pipeline, data quality, and data management skills.
• Experience with large datasets, Tableau, and Python or another data-focused programming language.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• British Citizen, ILR, or Settled Status required.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• Experience contributing to a data or AI strategy.
• Experience with Azure cloud data platforms.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or another international data-rich organisation.
• Experience modernising legacy data environments and combining technical data engineering with business-facing analytics.
