TL;DR
Project Manager (Web Development): Planning and delivering web development projects from ideation to launch with an accent on cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and Agile/Scrum delivery. Focus on managing website features, integrations, technical documentation, project dependencies, and release workflows.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home. Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available.
13th salary payment included.

What you will do
- Plan, manage, and deliver web development projects from ideation through launch.
- Coordinate developers, UI/UX, QA, marketing, and content teams around requirements, schedules, and deadlines.
- Oversee website features, landing pages, integrations, and product improvements.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation and coordinate development, QA, and deployment handovers.
- Track risks, dependencies, KPIs, project documentation, status reports, and release notes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in web development or digital fields.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of web technologies and deployment workflows.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Figma.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum; resumes must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
