Design System Designer (AI)

hirify.global Group operates marketplace products for cars, real estate, jobs, and secondhand goods across seven markets, including brands such as hirify.global, Otomoto, and Property24.

What you will do

• Design and evolve reusable components, patterns, foundations, and tokens for the design system supporting real estate products across web and app.
• Define component behaviour, states, variants, edge cases, and usage guidance in collaboration with engineers.
• Run and improve the contribution model so product teams can propose and ship components without fragmenting the system.
• Support product design from problem framing through research, documentation, specifications, and handover.
• Resolve conflicts between local product needs and long-term system coherence while helping teams strengthen systems thinking.
• Use AI-assisted tools for research, prototyping, and component definition, while applying independent design judgment.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale, with evidence of shipped product impact.
• Experience running or contributing to a contribution model, or a clear approach to building one.
• Strong product and systems thinking demonstrated through a portfolio and case studies.
• Experience with Figma component libraries, variables, tokens, and built or coded prototypes.
• Technical fluency and experience collaborating with engineers to deliver scalable outcomes.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted design or development workflows.
