UI/UX Designer (AI)

Location: Cyprus, with a fully equipped office in Limassol; temporary remote work is available before future relocation to Limassol.

What you will do

• Design web pages, landing pages, campaign experiences, and other digital interfaces from concept through final UI and developer handoff.
• Translate brand concepts and creative direction into engaging, usable, and production-ready digital experiences.
• Develop information architecture, content hierarchy, navigation, user flows, responsive layouts, and mobile experiences.
• Explore interactions, motion, and micro-interactions where they improve the experience.
• Apply reusable UI patterns, components, and design-system principles for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, designers, and developers to maintain design quality throughout implementation.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing polished, production-ready web and digital interface design.
• Strong visual craft and attention to typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and spacing.
• Solid understanding of UX, interaction design, information architecture, responsive web design, accessibility, and modern web principles.
• Experience applying established brand identities, reusable UI components, patterns, and design systems.
• Strong Figma skills and the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow and openness to AI-assisted ways of working.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design, animation, or interactive web experiences.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and modern front-end capabilities and constraints.
• Familiarity with web analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
