What you will do

• Develop and execute AI/ML practice strategy and roadmap.
• Create and scale AI service offerings including LLM integration and AI-powered analytics.
• Lead market engagements and collaborate with Sales and Practice Operations.
• Provide thought leadership through publications and community involvement.
• Oversee P&L and build a network of AI engineers and researchers.
• Lead, mentor, and manage AI/ML practice team members.

Requirements

• Must have 15+ years in Technology Services/Product and 10+ years in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in AI technologies including machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and AI governance.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML Ops tools.
• Strong leadership with P&L ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
