AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 3050–5250 per month gross. Additional annual bonus of up to EUR 1,000 per month may be available depending on expertise and participation in company activities.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate production LLM agents for customer-facing assistants and internal workflow automation.
• Build MCP servers on existing databases and production systems, integrating and orchestrating multiple internal and external MCP servers.
• Design production memory, context-management, and RAG systems.
• Set up agent evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring, then improve agents based on usage data and failure cases.
• Develop within architectures combining databases, APIs, interfaces, agents, and orchestrator applications.
• Work with Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer.
• Hands-on production experience with Amazon Bedrock and/or Microsoft Foundry, including Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience building and shipping both client-facing and internal LLM agents to production.
• Strong experience with at least one agent framework, such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands Agents, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Deep MCP experience, production-grade RAG, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and short- and long-term agent memory.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above is required. Practical Docker, CI/CD, LLM evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and system architecture experience is also required.

Nice to have

• Trading, investing, brokerage, crypto, fintech, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with AWS or Azure services around the Bedrock or Foundry stack.
• Experience with LangSmith, Langfuse, Ragas, or custom evaluation pipelines.
• Practical mastery of agentic development tools for rapid prototyping.
