ML/AI Developer (AI): Developing production-ready AI, LLM, and agent-based solutions with an accent on agentic engineering, tool calling, RAG, and enterprise AI integrations. Focus on designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and operating AI agents and LLM applications, including MCP servers, deterministic logic integration, and AI security controls.
#vacancy 🔎Hiring: ML/AI Developer.
🔹 Project: Development of production-ready AI, LLM, and agent-based solutions
🔹 Start Date: As soon as possible
🔹 English Level: C1
🔹 Contract: Through December 31, 2029, with a possibility of extension
🔹 Employment: Full-time
🔹 Work Setup: Fully remote within the EU
🔥 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience building and maintaining production-level AI applications powered by LLMs.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in Agentic Engineering, covering the entire process from solution design and implementation to integration, deployment, and ongoing support of AI agents.
- 1+ year of experience developing Tool Calling Loops and connecting APIs, backend services, and enterprise software.
- Hands-on expertise in integrating LLM-driven components with deterministic logic, Context Engineering, and Harness Engineering (minimum 1 year).
- Solid practical knowledge of MCP and enterprise-level AI integrations.
- Background in RAG-based solutions and LLM application development.
- Ability to manage the complete AI development cycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production operations.
- Excellent communication skills when collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- At least 2 relevant project references showcasing experience in stakeholder communication.
⭐ Additional Experience That Would Be Beneficial
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and data protection practices.
- Familiarity with AI monitoring, observability, and evaluation solutions such as Langfuse, Arize, or comparable tools.
- Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems, AI gateways, prompt lifecycle management, and model governance.
- Understanding of multi-agent system design and agent orchestration.
- 2+ years of practical RAG experience.
- 2+ years of building, designing, or maintaining MCP servers.
- Familiarity with AWS and AWS Kiro.
- Experience implementing AI guardrails and security controls.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
