MineStar Site Manager (Mining Automation)

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, with a 4/3 FIFO roster supporting remote mine sites

What you will do

• Lead MineStar productivity and safety initiatives as the primary on-site customer contact.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the Command for Hauling Autonomous Haulage System.
• Build, lead, and develop a team of MineStar Application and Onboard Specialists.
• Manage escalations and coordinate interim corrective actions with Product Support teams.
• Track AHS availability, production outcomes, cost per tonne, fleet productivity, and safety performance.
• Coordinate continuous improvement and technology projects while coaching employees and customer personnel.

Requirements

• Strong operational experience in mining, fleet management, or a similar environment.
• Proven leadership, team management, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, multitask, drive change, and maintain strong organisational standards.
• Valid manual driver’s licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work in remote mining operations on a rostered FIFO, DIDO, or shift-based schedule.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, automation, construction, or machine technology.
• Exposure to fleet management systems or control room operations.
• Project management experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Mining, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with MineStar or similar mining technology platforms.
