Content Producer

hirify.global produces shoot-based digital content for its clients and internal projects.

What you will do

• Translate creative concepts into production plans aligned with project goals, timelines, budgets, and logistical constraints.
• Coordinate directors, creative teams, clients, relationship managers, crews, schedules, resources, casting, locations, and equipment.
• Prepare scripts or program concepts, production schedules, budget estimates, and production breakdowns.
• Manage filming and recording schedules, monitor timelines, resolve issues, and maintain smooth client coordination during shoots.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, resources, and quality standards while supporting pitches and presentations.
• Explore AI tools, automation, and workflow improvements that increase production and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of shoot production across multiple formats and content types.
• Strong project management, scheduling, budgeting, and logistical coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, directors, and production teams.
• Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Attention to detail in production planning and execution.

• Experience with digital marketing trends and content performance analytics.
• Experience in creative agencies, production studios, or digital content environments.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and digital campaigns.
• Experience coordinating multi-location shoots or complex productions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
