Specialist, Finance Operational Excellence (FSSC) (Finance and Accounting): Supporting finance operations, documenting workflows, improving processes, and assisting with internal, external, and regulatory audit requirements with an accent on operational accuracy, ERP fundamentals, and cross-functional support. Focus on identifying process improvements, rotating across finance functions, and solving day-to-day accounting and stakeholder management challenges.
Location: Manila, Philippines; flexible hybrid arrangement

What you will do
- Complete assigned finance tasks accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities for finance process improvement.
- Document processes, workflows, and related operational information.
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audit requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and rotate across finance functions as needed.
- Handle ad hoc finance assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is required.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Novice knowledge of ERP systems and technical accounting.
- Novice written and oral communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to rotate to different teams when and where support is needed.
