What you will do
- Lead the Product Operations function and translate business strategy into product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Ensure products are intuitive, reliable, scalable, and responsive to customer and partner needs.
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Customer Experience, and external partners.
- Improve workflows, controls, monitoring, and automation to reduce manual intervention and business disruption.
- Lead teams, resolve operational risks and critical blockers, and maintain product health and business continuity.
- Provide leadership with regular reporting, insights, and recommendations on performance, incidents, and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, Payments, or Fintech.
- 4–6+ years of people leadership experience.
- Basic understanding of software and APIs; coding expertise is not required.
- Critical and analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
