Senior Manager Stock Plan Participant Services (Equity Compensation/Financial Services): Leading day-to-day participant support operations for equity compensation plans with an accent on people leadership, complex stock plan transactions, regulatory compliance, and service quality. Focus on supervising frontline teams, managing Rule 10b5-1 and Rule 144 transactions, monitoring operational controls and KPIs, and improving participant service delivery.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Stock Plan Participant Services associates through supervision, performance management, training, and professional development.
- Oversee participant support for equity compensation events, stock plan transactions, brokerage activities, and complex operational exceptions.
- Manage Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, Rule 144 transactions, service queues, staffing, workloads, and operational coverage.
- Monitor service levels, quality, productivity, participant satisfaction, operational accuracy, and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain documentation, supervisory procedures, risk controls, participant confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, Trading, Technology, and other internal teams to resolve issues and implement process, product, and technology improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan services, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, stock plan administration, participant servicing, brokerage operations, and complex stock plan transactions.
- Experience supervising operational workflows and managing service levels, quality, productivity, staffing, and performance indicators in a regulated financial services environment.
- Knowledge of FINRA and SEC requirements, supervisory controls, risk management, and compliance procedures.
- FINRA Series 7, Series 24 or Series 9 and 10, Series 63, and Series 65 or Series 66 registrations required or obtainable within approved timeframes.
- Certified Equity Professional designation and FINRA fingerprinting required.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
- Leadership experience in equity compensation, stock plan participant services, brokerage operations, or a regulated financial services contact center.
- Experience leading complex brokerage or equity transaction teams and implementing operational, technology, product, or process changes.
