Senior Manager, Data, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence– Immunology Real World Evidence

Location: Raritan, New Jersey; Spring House, Pennsylvania; Titusville, New Jersey; or Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. Remote work may be considered only within the US on a case-by-case basis. Up to approximately 10% travel may be required.

Base pay: $137,000–$235,750 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Execute real-world evidence and data science plans aligned with immunology research and development objectives.
• Lead evidence-generation workstreams covering evidence gaps, patient characterization, subgroup identification, novel endpoint validation, asset differentiation, and comparative efficacy and effectiveness.
• Apply statistical and data science methodologies to electronic health records, administrative claims, registries, and other real-world data sources.
• Manage end-to-end research activities, including data fit-for-purpose assessment, validation, protocol development, results interpretation, and stakeholder management.
• Provide methodological recommendations as a technical subject-matter expert to cross-functional teams and governance forums.
• Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, manuscripts, abstracts, and materials for scientific collaborations and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in statistics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, computational biology, data science, or a related quantitative discipline; candidates with a Master’s degree and substantial relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience applying data science or real-world evidence methods in pharmaceutical R&D, healthcare analytics, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience working with real-world data such as electronic health records, administrative claims, registries, or secondary data.
• Ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work at one of the listed US locations or receive case-by-case approval for a US remote arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting immunology or related therapeutic area programs.
• Hands-on experience with advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
• Experience contributing to scientific publications, abstracts, or regulatory-supporting analyses.
