Senior Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, UK, with two core office days per week

Salary: £60,000–£80,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is a Series A healthtech startup building an AI operating system for social care, including a care marketplace and vertical SaaS products for care providers.

What you will do

• Build analytics pipelines, dashboards, experiments and stakeholder narratives across Commercial, Finance and Product.
• Use AI-assisted workflows, Hex, Metabase and automation to accelerate analysis and enable self-serve analytics.
• Analyze marketplace performance and identify partner acquisition and commercial growth opportunities using BigQuery and Hex.
• Study how care providers use the platform through experimentation and communicate product value across the business.
• Support Finance with process optimization, data accuracy and board-level reporting.
• Scope analytical requests, challenge low-impact work and turn recurring questions into self-serve dashboards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to review, question and correct AI-generated queries and analyses.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or Hex AI in daily analytics work.
• Strong commercial judgment, problem-solving ability and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex analysis clearly.
• Numerical and statistical aptitude, with the ability to choose and explain appropriate analytical methods.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase and Hex.
• Marketplace or go-to-market experience.
• Experience in B2B, B2C or consultancy environments.
